Jim and I have completed over a thousand miles of deliveries together and I have found him to be a very experienced sailor and an outstanding educator. I am so glad you were my coach for my first sailing adventure. I had so much fun learning how to sail, even though I was a little nervous at first. I think overall we had one of the best crews! I think I caught the sailing bug... it has definitely been added to the top of my list of hobbies! I might even factor it into my career decision once I start getting job offers – the proximity to good sailing spots might play a role in my final decision.
The GEL event was a huge success, and I think a big part of that is due to the exceptional coaching team, as well as the coordinators and presenters. It is definitely something I will never forget because it had such a positive impact on my life.
